No, Largo is played by Klaus Maria Brandauer... "MAX VON SYDOW" plays Blofeld. Do you find this valuable?

Von Sydow was Blofeld. Klaus Maria Brandalauer was Largo. Check the film. Von Sydow sits in Paris with his white cat. Do you find this valuable?
