To whom it may concern: I am big bond fan and have been replacing my vhs tapes with the dvd's.
I was disappointed though when I just bought and watched "the world is not enough" dvd. on the vhs version there is a video dedication to "Q" Desmond Llewelyn, which brought a tear to y eye, but wasn't in the dvd version. It really up set me that that was the thing that was cut from the dvd.

Can anyone find out as to why the "no one does it better" tribute was cut? and let me know?
