The Property Of A Lady

There's been quite a bit of talk/news/rumours regarding the next Bond film on the net lately. Recently I've heard that Rachel Weisz is being considered to play the head of QUANTUM and be the main villain. Also it has been said that the next film will be Judi Dench's last 007 film as M, and in that same story it was reported that the working title of the first draft is "The Property Of A Lady", with QUANTUM having already secretly taken over the world and Weisz is the one pulling the strings.

NOTE: None of this is confirmed to be true (that I know of) so DON'T take this as fact. But I think it sounds pretty awesome. A female head villain would be nice and Weisz could pull it off for sure. Bit of a shame about Judi but oh well - I'm sure she'll give it her all just like always.
What do y'all think? Would this make a good Bond #23? I certainly think so.

Indeed it would be great to see Q and Moneypenny as well in the next film.
Apparently Barbara Broccoli has confirmed that Sam Mendes is directing, hopefully the above details will be confirmed at some point too, then we can really get excited.
Seriously tho I think Weisz will be a great villainess. She admitted rrecently that she'd love a role in a Bond film so I hope this turns out to be true!
It would tie in well with the TPOAL title as well. :)
