"Q:Hauer is an intriguing possibility. While Paltrow would make a fine Moneypenny, I doubt the producers would want to shell out $8-10 million for one or two scenes per movie. Do you find this valuable? |

Honestly, they need to stick with picking small-time, unknown actors and actresses who people don't know. Not always, but quite often these days, popular stars who are picked for Bond become duds. Halle Berry, Denise Richards and Madonna, just to name a few. Instead of Christmas Jones on screen, I see Denise Richards. Dud. I will give acknowledgement to Sean Bean, Jonathan Pryce, Judi Dench and select others for not sticking out like a sore thumb in the movies after they were chosen, but there are very few of these greats who were well-known before bond and have still made it work in Bond. Basically, stick to the unknowns unless it absolutely is going to work with a popular star.

the bond of old is boring, I loved that bond is now rouge . heck I think they should just have him just killing random people on screen for 2 hours now that would be one hell of a movie. I'd watch. aside in our modern society we need a politically correct bond. one that isnt a womanizer. we cant have the older bonds they are just plain wrong for our society. we want to attract the attention of today's youth. and that is action, not watching some guy get laid, If we wanted to do that theres free porn on the internet.

"Q:I agree Cleese comes back, but fail that and a wonderful update would be yes Michael Caine if he is not going back to BATMAN. Then he needs to stay Alfred to Bales Batman. Since they may have (rumor) written out Morgan Freeman now in Batman he too could step into the role of Q I as well agree in many ways Moneypenny might he very interesting now if a male for Dame Judy to play off. And sorta give Bond blue balls in the mix now. Allen Cummins? Nick Lachey? possible actors to do this is wonderful. And could keep Bond and Moneypenny's relationship true to its CORE VALUES but in a new and interestingly different way. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |
