Welcome to Japan Mr. Bond

Finally got around to watching this 1967 TV special on my YOLT special edition...and let's say it was rather disappointing. While I loved the usage of Lois Maxwell and Desmond Llewyn in character as Moneypenny and Q, the clips did seem rather weirdly used (particularly one awkward sequence involving Bond with Jill talking to Miss Taro on the phone). And don't get me started on "the woman who wants to marry Bond bit"...it just felt like a cruel joke either due to OHMSS not being after Thunderball...or just playing on Bond "marrying" Kissy before his encounter with Tracy. (and no, that woman was in no way, shape or form Tracy)

I have nothing against good compilations/previews, since I loved "The Incredible World of James Bond" both in it's compilation and it's tie-in with Thunderball, but this special felt very wrong.
Do you find this valuable?
