I say, its not that daltons bad, it just the others are better 1  out of 3 found this valuable. Do you?

He was pretty good, and was a refreshing change after seven of Moore's comic outings, I think Dalton should,ve done OP and AVTAK. With less humor and more suited to Dalton's style, I think they would've been awesome! (NOTE: I still like OP.) 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

I agree. Moore was just getting too old. And AVTAK was a disaster. Had they used Dalton, recast May Day, recast Stacey instead of dumb Tanya Roberts, that alone would have made it so much better. Though the script still would have been bad. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

I can't imagine anyone but Grace Jones as May Day; Roberts wasn't great, but then neither was the role. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

I like to believe the character was the way she was because they had to write the script in a way that Roberts could understand. Im sure before they picked Roberts, Stacey was a highly intelligent helpful Bond girl and one of the best. But Tanya doesn't know how to act so they had to make it extremely easy for her. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

neither 1 was great, nor did they belong in 'AVTAK', period. but, it was fitting that they both just happen 2 b in a real bad Bond film. Do you find this valuable?

not best Bond, but a good Bond. his 'LTK', is very much like the Bond of 2day(Craig), so i guess u could say Dalton's Bond was way ahead of CR n QOS, 4 what the Producers wanted Bond 2 b, real n dangerous. it was also b 4 'Bourne'. Do you find this valuable?

Not the best for me, but certainly underrated and I would've loved to see him in more Bond films' as I definitely prefer him to Moore and Lazenby. How good is Dalton? He was swell! :) Do you find this valuable?

yes he was. he bought a menace 2 the character, he was ahead of time with what the Producers r doing w/ Bond 2day. and this was b 4 'Bourne'. mebbe if all Bond fans took a 2nd look @ 'LTK', they will appreciate it more 2day, n certainly better than 'QOS'? Do you find this valuable?
