"Did she die?"
Yes. She was tied to a weight in the pool and drowned if I remember correctly.

i don't think she dies. She's thrown out the window and lands in the pool. there's no concrete shoes involved. Once she hits the water, i think we even see a clip of her looking back up towards the window. Do you find this valuable?

Actually she does: the first time she lands in the pool she lives, but when we see Bond meet up with Tiffany again, Plenty is dead. Apparantly one of the cut scenes involve Witt & Kidd mistaking her for Tiffany and doing her in, an innocent victim who got caught in the middle.

i thought you were going to say that in the missing clip, after she survived the first time, they scooped her up, and threw her out the window again :)

Perhaps it was someone in TB who was weighted down. I remember it happening once in the Connery era. I need to watch them again.

I do remember Plenty surviving the first time and then the next day, she's drown in the pool. (heck, they even confirmed it was her on the Encore intro of DAF) I don't remember where I read of the cut scene but I do remember Witt and Kidd thought she was Tiffany and killed her to "cut the chain". (sad though, Plenty is probably the better of the Bond girls in that movie and a personal favorite) Do you find this valuable?

Plenty is also a personal favorite for me. She is certainly in my top 10 list over the best Bond-girls - One of the best one-liners in the Bond-movies involved Plenty’s presentation:
Plenty: Hi, I'm Plenty.
Bond: But of course you are.
Plenty: Plenty O' Toole.
Bond: Named after your father perhaps :-)

I found her to be very annoying.

"I found her to be very annoying."
One of the cut scenes is of Plenty making her way back to Bond's suite, finding him and Tiffany in bed together, rifling Tiff's purse and finding her address. They never shot a scene of Wint and Kidd killing her.

It is Plenty at the bottom of Tiffany's pool with the concrete around her feet ("And what's my black wig doing in the pool?")--Lana Wood did the stunt herself, holding her breath long enough to get that looooong panning shot up to her face.

Lana Wood is the sister of Natalie Wood. Natalie was married ...twice...to actor Robert Wagner...who's married...now...to Jill St. John. Evidently Jill and Lana don't talk much.

But Plenty's were obvious and she was way cuter. I can't look at Tiffany Case without wretching. (heck, I'd even look at Pam Bouvier over her and Pam kept hers hidden aside one scene)

I've always found Tiffany to be very attractive. Pam was great too, not just for her looks though, she actually helped Bond, which only a very select group of Bond girls have done.

Yes. Her, like many of the earlier Bond girls, have sexual names. Ex. Pussy Galore, Holly Goodhead, Octopussy, Xenia Onnatop, Mei Lei, Plenty O'Toole, Chew Mee....

I know Pam did quite a lot, but she only really "showed herself" in one scene. I was just mentioning that physically I prefer her (who hates to show off) over Tiffany Case.
