"TMWTGG is the worst Bond"
TMWTGG is pretty bad because it has no Plot, not very memorable Bond Girls or Henchmen such as Oddjob, Jaws or Red Grant and the movie is just stupid. Such as when Bond is defended by 2 little girls and Bond fighting Nick Nac is just corny. The only thing I like about TMWTGG is Sheriff J.W. Peppers. When he comes along it's always good for a laugh.

Easily License to Kill.

Yes, I know Leiter is friggin' old.

Yes, I know Leiter marries a possible grandaughter.

Yes, I know the Wayne Newton cameo was a little weird.

Yes, I know Pam Bouvier can be a bit whiny.

Yes, I know some of the stunts with the truck in the end were dumb.

For some reason, none of those flaws ruin the movie for me. I like the new plot territory the movie dived into, I liked Dalton (as usual), I thought Davi was a great villain, and I enjoyed many other things about the film. LTK is definitely my guilty pleasure in Bond films.

I've always been a Dalton fan. The Living Daylights is way up there on my list, with Dalton bringing Bond back to the style of Dr. No/FRWL.
Licence To Kill is in the better half for me as well. Dalton was fantastic, I thought the stunts were cool, Davi and Del Toro were memorable villains and yes, the new take on the plot was very cool. 2nd Bond movie I saw, still love it after all these years. :D

Moonranker, DAD, DAF, AVTAK are all underrated and personally I loved them all. Even if some of them dont have the traditional bond tone. 0  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

I really think that both of the Dalton films were underrated. Dalton is the closest clone to Connery. Do you find this valuable?

I didnt know he said that!

Connery was prolly mad he gave up the role early! I bet he could have stayed on as bond from 1962-1983 if he wanted.

Licence to Kill has everything you would probably want to see in the novels and Dalton plays the character from the books even though I've never read any of them and would like to read them and see how good they are.

They are a great series of books. My personal favs of the Bond novels are Thunderball, Live And Let Die and On Her Majesty's Secret Service. But all are good spy stories. And yes, Dalton does a fantastic interpretation of this version of Bond; the version that started it all.

DAF for me. I think QuatermasterQ summerized my feelings; It's film that is not meant to be taken seriously and is quite hilarous when you don't. I know the common complaint is "What about revenge for Tracy ?". Personally I only remember Tracy in OHMSS but when I watch DAF, I laugh so much I forget the prior tragedy.
