Are you all afraid of the superfluous third nipple? Do you find this valuable?

Scaramanga is awesome. Lee plays him perfectly. With a touch of psychotic humor and the sick thrill of killing people.

I voted for Klebb. I think the enormous affection people have for Christopher Lee is probably why Scaramanga is getting so many votes. Klebb is one of the most memorable baddies of cinema (in a memorable movie too, which doesn't hurt), but
Scaramanga and THE MAN WITH THE GOLDEN GUN are not the first things Lee will be remembered for. That said, I wouldn't be surprised to see Scaramanga win this poll, not because he's the best Bond villain, but because he's played by Christopher Lee.

Well thats got to be part of it. Had anyone else played Scaramanga I dont think they would have done such a good job. Lee, although everyone knows him as you said, made the character interesting and I loved him. "You see Mr. Bond I always thought I liked animals. Then I discovered that I like killing people even more." Or the look on Lee's face when he blows up Bond's plane, "This is the part I really like."

I don't think Lee was particularly well-served by the movie around him; he's not given anything to do that distinguishes him from your standard movie villain.

Scaramanga is by far (in my viewing) as the "true" bond villian. He in a way was Bond's dark side. And to have Christopher Lee as
Scaramanga is genuis! Lee vs. Moore was a match made in heaven.
