No No No No.

Daniel Craig is already a step too far away from the proper Bond, too short, too well built, too rugged, wrong hair colour etc.

Bond is described in Ian Fleming's From Russia With Love as:

Height:183cm, Weight: 76kg, Slim Build, Blue Eyes, Black hair, and with a scar on the right cheek and left shoulder.

Now it would be pedantic to expect the scar, however the rest should be roughly as the description of him is.

I dont even expect the actor to be British, thought he would have to do an effective British Accent, Lazenby wasnt British, but he still pulled off a good Bond IMO.

If they cast a Black Bond, it really would be the death of Bond, this would just be a series of action films, with the prestigious name of James Bond put on it, and soon afterwards it would lose its market as Bond is the only series to have kept going for so long, but using its own theory, not the American action film theory.

english actor Colin Salmon would be the only one that would be of interest, otherwise I was raised on Connery, Lazenby, Moore and outside of Salmon I prefer James Bond caucasian. Do you find this valuable?

Strangely there seems to be an Obsession with turning Established STRIGHT WHITE MALE Heroic figures...either Black or Female these days - Why is that...?

I assume it's for "Political Correctness" purposes....

BBC TV were apparently Obssessed recently with casting a BLACK Actor as their "Doctor Who" - Notably a few Leading Black actors apparently turned down the role (Quite Understandably !)

"Tokenism "is a VERY Big insult indeed....!

BBC have now "Allowed" Tuck back into their "Robin Hood" - a BLACK Brother Tuck ! - Presumably a White "Christian man of the Cloth" figure is TOTALLY unacceptable....!

While whenever a "Doctor Who" Actor announces their forthcoming Departure...a FEMALE Doctor is always mooted....ever since the Eighties...!!

"Kojak" duly went Suitably Ethnic...for a Disasterous re-boot ("Who Loves Ya Baby ?" - very few it seemed !)

Robert Conrad's White TV hero Jim West also duly became Black for Will Smith's Flop "The Wild Wild West" film too...

Now it's a Black Bond...?

Well....CAN we now Expect a WHITE "Shaft".....?

...or a WHITE Actor playing Sammy Davis Jnr in his Biopic...?

Will BBC duly now cast a MAN as Agatha Christie's MISTER MARPLE....her Brother...?

Somehow I think not....

Very Curious thing Political Correctness....ONLY ever seems to go just in the ONE Direction...

Exactly. There's nothing stopping film Producers from creating an all-new action series with a black central character.
Some people like to try and claim that people who think Bond should remain white are racists but they're simply saying this for arguments sake.
As someone else on here pointed out; why would they do another SHAFT with a white actor? Why would they make another Beverley Hills Cop film with a white actor?
Some leading characters in films are white, some are black. That's just how it is. They should stay how they are.
