Apologies for any offense caused. Point remains the same though - revamp the same old poor formula over and over again and it gets very very tired. Do you find this valuable?

"Having just seen QOS, one thing that I hope they do (or more accurately, DON'T DO) in the next one:

Enough of the rogue agent thing. It's effective once in a while (OHMSS, LTK), but now they've done THREE in a row where Bond going rogue has been a major part of the story. Having *really* established a relationship between Bond and M now in QOS, it's time that Bond go on an assignment where MI6 (and the CIA) have his back. Bond having to dodge his own people as well as the villains? Let's give that device a rest for one or two films, shall we?"
I wished Strawberry Fields was Moneypenny would have been a good lead into the next movie...oh well...

Remember in Casino Vesper goes to Bond, "i am the Money" Bond, replies "Every penny of it!"

Wonder if that statement will play a part when Moneypenny takes stage?

I would like to see the new part that he is bi-sexual, since in history all spies were bi-sexual in nature. I think since our new James Bond doesnt mind having a gay fling he should. I would definitly like to see that man be a very handsome hairy guy like Sean Connery, this would reflect the true male that inspires all Bond films. 0  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

Interesting, like the idea, but someone like Morgan but a British version of him. After all Morgan is Batman's Q for now :-)

I am not sure if this is necessary...lets keep Bond the way he is. Just because society has changed and are more open to new things, does not mean we have to reflect this on a long standing character like Bond or any of the super heros as well.

Tradition is not always that bad. Black Bond or Gay/Bi Bond really does not have a place. If they created a new Bond like series that has all that element then go for it! But leave our Bond alone (not in a gay sense) :-)

I like the idea of James Bond being the code-name also as well as 007 that way it doesnt matter about the timeline etc/actor changes! When one retires he and another top agent takes over they become code-name James Bond 007
There were some gadgets etc in CR and QOS just they werent given to him by Q specifically and werent the usual pen guns etc we are use too!His phone was pretty tricky for eg LOL!
I didnt mind QOS I think he didnt get the gadgets etc because he was being hunted by his own in that one so why would they give him gadgets?
I like how they are going with the quantum group thing as others have said they are too big to take down in just one movie he needs to work his way up the ladder so to speak first to find out the main players,I think it will have some really interesting twists going along this path!I like how they whack anyone who talks about the organisation, it doesnt matter if they have their own agendas etc just no speaking out ie Greene and Le Chiffre both get whacked for talking or insuating they will talk in the case of Le Chiffre!
I dont mind the "M" played by Judi Dench either she is doing an alright job IMO!
Daniel Craig is doing a great job a s bond also IMO! I hope he signs on for a few more after his contract is up for the next 2 installments!
Oh yeah I am sure he says Bond James Bond at the end of CR to Mr white if not in another couple of places in the movie, maybe at the hotel reception desk also is ne place I can think of LOL!Sorry just added that last bit coz I thought I read someone wrote he wasnt saying it in the latest flicks thats all!
Just my two cents worth! LONG LIVE BOND and happy new year to all LOL!

-Q
-New Moneypenny
- "Possible" new M
- Gunbarrel AT the BEGINING
- Little bit more hurmor
- Tone down the action just a bit. (Bond is not a action film, he's a Bond film)
- Girls who he ends up with at the end.
- Classic lines "Bond...James Bond" "Martini" etc:
- Fight a villain to death. (Dont let him live!!! like Dominc)
- Kickass henchman/henchwomen who put up a fight.

Need I say More? MAKE BOND 23 A BOND FILM!!!!! NOT A ACTION FILM!!!

-i agree, Bond is known for his gadgets and i havent seen any more than a pocket defibrulator
-we do need a new moneypenny, and i would like to see her come back
-i dont think we need a necessarily "new" M, but i would like to see more of M and perhaps a different side of her/him
-there was a reason that the gunbarrel was at the end but i dont remember. it had to do with QoS being a sequel to CR
-bond is not supposed to be funny. thats y roger moore wasnt really a good bond, lol. there was hardly any in the books, and they should start modeling movie bond off the book bond
-in order to keep making money in the movie theatres of today they need action. people like action. although, even i am longing for a bond movie like in the 60's.
-i too want to see bond with a girl at the end of the film, preferably in a boat, lol
-what is bond without his quips??? just a police officer, thats what. i also want his classic lines back, as well as some more "bond-isms"
-well, he really didnt let greene live, he knew he would die eventually in the desert
-no more henchmen like elvis, please

Whoever doesnt think Bond films are action films you must be crazy!I have pretty much watched them all again over the last couple of weeks and there is more action sequences than you can poke a stick at!Nearly every film starts off with some chase, shoot out etc!If it is not an action film I would love to no what type of film you think they are? Depends on the movie. FROM RUSSIA WITH LOVE, for instance, would be an espionage thriller, DIE ANOTHER DAY would be a comedy...

Don't know about the plot or story arc, but I'd like to see Bond in a situation involving pirates off the coast of Somalia. Now that the producers have gotten away from campy-ridiculous situations (Denise Richards as a nuclear scientist and Jaws on a space station come to mind), it would be very cool to see Bond and maybe a team of MI6 or SAS guys parachute into the ocean and do some underwater demolition or ship boarding and combat. Fast-roping off a helicopter might be fun, too.

It might also be a cool thing to get a glimpse of MI6 members in training. Maybe instead of Bond being the rogue agent, Bond now has to track down a turncoat or something.
