"Maud Adams is not the only person to play two different people in two different bond films. Martine Beswicke plays Paula Caplan in Thunderball and Zora in From Russia with Love."Yes, but Maud Adams was also in A VIEW TO A KILL. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

"'Tis true!"Doesnt really count though....without googling them could you name any other dancers? I doubt it. Theyre not counted as Bond girls. Sheena Easton sang at the start of FYEO but that doesnt count her as a Bond girl even though she appears at the start in the visuals. Do you find this valuable? |

"he's right beatlehead. But darling it still is and interesting fact!"Here's another interesting fact, and once again it pertains to Ms. Beswicke: of all the Bond actresses, Beswicke is the only one credited as a MAN -- Martin Beswicke -- in the opening titles of a film, AND a WOMAN -- Martine Beswicke -- in the end titles (the film being From Russia With Love). Years later, model Tula Cossey would turn heads in For Your Eyes Only... 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

Shane Rimmer actually had 3 different roles in Bond films -- and all of them speaking parts. He was the voice of the NASA controller in YOLT (the one who says "It's blown up! Repeat: the enemy has blown up!"). He was Willard Whyte's assistant Tom in DAF (the one who tells WW that he sent the satellite to Vanderberg per his instructions -- it's also his voice in the final battle that says "Charlie One to Squadron: Commence attack!" -- but not clear if it's the same character, or just Rimmer's voice). And most memorably, he was the captain of the American submarine in TSWLM ("What the matter, sailor? Never seen a major taking a shower before?")Given the amount of voice work and walk-on roles Rimmer has had over the span of his career (he's in everything), it's entirely possible that he's popped up in more Bond films than that -- but those are the 3 I know of for sure. Also, must not forget Charles Gray and Joe Don Baker, who both appeared in 2 different roles. And possibly Robert Brown, although the case could be made that the admiral he plays in TSWLM is in fact the same man who becomes M in Octopussy. Do you find this valuable? |
