This guy gets the "from outta nowhere" award -- the *last* person you'd expect Bond to bump into in Hong Kong. 10  out of 11 found this valuable. Do you?

That is awful strange. How come Bond never bumped into Felix in Hong Kong? J.W. also Roscoe P.Coltrane, five years before the "Dukes of Hazzard", while Felix Leiter was definitely the model for the Jack Lord character in "Hawaii Five-O". But back to "Bond" , J.W. did provide some comic relief, in Roger Moore's first two Bond films. 2  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

The movies were made around 1972-1974, he was only a soldier and a student at the time ...
