moonraker no 1!!!!!!!!!!!! its the worst bond movie EVER and you put it first LOL how anyone can like moonraker only god knows although i used to have it on vhs before dvds were invented

lazenby's voice double for when 007 infiltrates the allergy clinic was the voice of sir hilary bray but can't remeber his name either.but i liked lazenby he was better than moore 3  out of 3 found this valuable. Do you?

Casino Royale is the worst James Bond movie ever, like in a different class of badness than Moonraker. The point of James bond isn't to be realistic. The reason Bond became popular was because it was fantastical. Sean Connery portrayed a strong man that killed well, but he also brought humour to the role. Daniel Craig does nothing like this. I have seen the previews of Quantum of Solace and it looks terrible. Bond is avenging the death of Vesper. Please. Here's my list: 1. The Spy Who Loved Me

Carefully thought-out list:

1.) From Russia With Love - Has the best story, which can be credited to Ian Fleming.
2.) Dr. No - Classic, thorough spy movie.
3.) Goldfinger - Classic Bond film with all the right ingredients.
4.) Thunderball - A good Bond epic.
5.) Casino Royale - Good story(very true to the novel).
6.) On Her Majesty's Secret Service - Epic film true to the best Bond novel.
7.) You Only Live Twice - Nice, dark film with the best villians and liars.
8.) The Living Daylights - Well-constructed story.
9.) Goldeneye - Good action sequences and an overall good film.
10.) The Man With The Golden Gun - Good overall idea and imaginative without being over-the-top.
11.) Diamonds Are Forever - A good "follow the trail" film(with Blofeld).
12.) Licence To Kill - The use of elements and plots from Fleming's writings makes it good.
13.) For Your Eyes Only - I could have put it farther down the list, but the pre-title sequence makes up for the slow story.
14.) Live And Let Die - Very average.
15.) The Spy Who Loved Me - Good story, but a bit silly.
16.) The World Is Not Enough - Good story, but bad acting.
17.) Octopussy - Could have been a great film, but the circus brings it down.
18.) Moonraker - Epic film, but outer-space and laser fights bring it down.
19.) Tomorrow Never Dies - Entertaining, but a bad story.
20.) Die Another Day- Halle Barry and the overuse of CGI takes a lot away from it. The story is a good idea though(even if it does strongly resemble Diamonds Are Forever).
21.) A View To A Kill - The opening credits with Duran Duran was nice, but the film is very slow and boring at some points.

*All of the films are good. The list just compares them to each other. 2  out of 3 found this valuable. Do you?

GOLDFINGER and THUNDERBALL are probably the most heavily dubbed of all the Bond movies, yet you have them at #2 and #4... Do you find this valuable?

Definitely agree with you about the over-reliance on the distractingly obvious CGI work, but Halle's made for a sexy and capable Bond girl...until the writers ran out of ideas in the film's second half and transformed her character from a tough and determined female 007 into a helpless damsel in distress the baddies subdue...by locking her in a room!!! Do you find this valuable?
