best dressed this year? Sure. Best dressed Bond?
Apr 2 2008, 1:39 AM EDT What do you think? Conner could certainly pull off a suit - those gray flannel numbers come to mind. Brosnan had the look. Where does Craig rank? 2 out of 3 found this valuable. Do you? |

Apr 2 2008, 1:51 AM EDT Connery. By far. Brosnan could certainly carry a tux, but he also did an awful lot of "Bond casual." Let us not forget that Connery even wore a tux under his wetsuit. Hell, he even wore a tux in a Vegas casino. Moore, to be fair, was handicapped by both the 1970s and the1980s. Never had a chance. And I won't even mention Lazenby's ruffled shirt and kilt (whoops)... Do you find this valuable? |

Apr 2 2008, 11:22 AM EDT Craig ranks first for me. In Casino Royale, even when not wearing a suit he was wearing pretty cool cloths, though i think it's most likely because he's the current bond, and i'm a trend whore. Connery's look however is timeless, but he made some errors, like that blue short jumpsuit thing. I also liked Brosnan. They're my top 3, if i had to order the others it would be Dalton, Moore, Lazenby. Do you find this valuable? |

Apr 2 2008, 8:53 PM EDT Even tho the very first time we see Connery he's in a tux,I think he mostly wore suits thru the films. Being a "civil servant " ,he did'nt want to be flashy...just classy. He is supposed to blend in. While Craig is lookin' a bit GQ,he still has a straightforward look, like there almost rebooting the earlyier Connery style. Even the casual clothes are reminicent of the "sea island" cotton shirt and slacks from Fleming. Do you find this valuable? |

Jun 24 2008, 6:12 PM EDT "*Privateer*.............sorryAgree with Craig on versatility. However, the only time I saw him in a suit was at the end, and I think Moore and Connery had him beat there. As for the tux, he looked alright. But I think the cut was somewhat cleaner on Connery and Brosnan. Do you find this valuable? |
