This film was okey, but when 007 was getting chased on the instrument case, that really ruined it. 2  out of 4 found this valuable. Do you?

the living daylights is probably one of the best James Bond films, and is one of the most "down to earth" story lines of the series, and presents Dalton as one of the best James bond performers, a pity that license to kill was complete crap and ruined Dalton's image as James Bond. Do you find this valuable?

Very true. As I have said before, Dalton brought a darker side to Bond. It brought bond of his British stage and brought it like an American Gangster (yes i have watched some american movies). As for The living daylight, it was OK. The interment did ruin it in a way.. that scene was corny

It was very good. But they lose points for making M look like a klutz.

Not a very good installment all-around, in my opinion. The plot is mildly interesting but poorly implemented, and ends up confusing and muddled. The timing is slow and tedious. Maryam d'Abo is decidedly inferior as a Bond girl, turning him monogamous for the entire movie for no reason at all. Her character is poorly developed, poorly directed, the acting is wooden there. The side plot in which Bond helps Osama bin Laden repel the Russians is silly and contrived. Bond's long slumber for the six long years was probably brought on, in part, by his battle with a drug lord...Bond should never fight drug lords. "Brad Whitaker" is a dopey name for a Bond villain.

And, going back to the d'Abo girl for one final complaint, she kept all her clothes on.

And the musical car key thing was just horrible. I feel embarrassed whenever I watch it.

Other than that, it was a perfect Bond movie. Wonderful.
