Roger Moore's Bond
Dec 2 2007, 4:10 AM EST I'm just curious how much the members of this site cared for Moore's Bond and why if you can elaborate. And also if any of you are even aware of his series "The Persuaders" that he did with Tony Curtis (1971) [I watched it while in the USAF when TV pickin's in the middle of Oklahoma were thin to begin with]. It was a blast (I actually have the soundtrack album. How anal is THAT?) BP Do you find this valuable? |

RE: Roger Moore's Bond
Feb 21 2008, 3:56 PM EST I think that Roger Moore was the best Bond. Why? He had the best lines ("i'm afraind i'll have to owe you" - Octopussy after pushing the small boy from the boat). He had the best action sequences (the crocodile walk and ensuing boat/car chase - Live and Let Die). The best oppening sequences (Moonraker, Octopussy). And the best films, mostly Octopussy and Live and Let Die. The Pursuaders is a little before my time, i did love him in the Spice Girls movie though, lol. 0 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |
