Bourne-Again
When I watched this film in the theaters I thought the projector was out of whack as I was having an excruciatingly tough time following the action sequences. I was, to my dismay, both disappointed and (perhaps relieved that I wasn't suffering an epileptic seizure at the movies) that upon watching it at home the action scenes were INTENTIONALLY shot in "tornado-vision."
The real problem lies in the plot. More specifically, the shoddy dialogue. Felix's lines are absolutely horrendous. As are the skeptical facial expressions he makes towards the villain.
I must admit that I laughed my ass off at the comparison of the villain to a "bug eyed polanski."
Nothing is closer to the truth.
Overall, this isn't as terrible as some of the more grandiose Bond "experiments" of yesteryear.
It is just mildly disappointing as a sequel to Casino Royale.
