Complex and Rewarding
OHMSS/Lazenby is one of my top favorites in the series. Lazenby was three dimensional and complex in his portrayal of Bond. It would have been great to see how he would have presented Bond had he continued in the role. His one turn was very rewarding but has always left me wanting more than the one movie.

My 3rd Favourite Bond
I think that George Lazenby was a downright AWESOME Bond! I mean, he was ( though technically Australian) very good at British accents, he was VERY fit, and he was a good gunner/fighter! I would have liked it if George had made more Bond films. Although Sean Connery is still top for me (Daniel Craig being second) George Lazenby is a rock solid 3rd in my books! Roger Moore was extremely good at being British and he was a good fighter, but there was something a little bit gay about him. At times he was anything but gay, but in other times he did seem to be more of a pretty boy than a tough guy double O agent. Great job George!!! :D

My Favourite Bond
To me George Lazenby will always be my favourite Bond, he was a good up-and-coming Anglo-Australian model and actor who should've had a great career in movies that's a pity it never took off he was brilliant in the role of James Bond in 1969's On Her Majesty's Secret Service well done I like to see him doing more number of movies in the future, I found him friendly to me.

REDISCOVERING DALTON....(A THREAD BY MYSELF AND MY SIX YEAR OLD SON!)
My son Jack and I, have recently worked our way through all the Bond films. We think that overall, Mr Timothy Dalton is an excellent James Bond, right up there with Sean Connery and Daniel Craig. The Living Daylights and Licence to Kill are both excellent and Dalton is closest, by far, to the Bond of the books. A smart choice from the boy....whose least favourite films are A View to A Kill and Octopussy. Discuss...

Bond redux
Mr. Lazenby played bond in a second film albeit a cameo: "The Return of the Man from UNCLE: The 15 Years After Affair". The UNCLE made-for-TV was released recently on DVD.

Why James? Why?
Look at Tracy she is so ugly why did he marry her. He married her right after he got married to the girl in "You Only Live Twice"

George Lazenby
Lazeby MIGHT WELL have made an EXCELLENT Bond....but IF they took the "Lighter tone" that some later Roger Moore Bond films took it would have been awful....pure Ham !
Played straighter had Lazenby got THREE Bond films under his Belt I feel sure he would have been MUCH more highly thought of....while Bond as a character would have stayed closer to both Ian Fleming's idea...and Sean Connery's original Bond film version....the Blue suits, the Gold Lover, the Aston Martin etc....with Roger Moore they later altered it all to suit Rog's smoother version ...
George Lazenby DID make "O.H.M.S.S." very much HIS Bond film...as Connery had done with "Goldfinger", Moore did with "Live and Let Die", Dalton did with "Licence To Kill", Brosnan did with "Goldeneye" & Craig did with "Casino Royale"
Each of those Bond films very much BELONGS to the Respective Bond Actor !

Pierce Brosnan
We all seen Bond movies. And we all know how Brosnan work for 007, and we love how he does the Bond movies that he had. So, I vote for Brosnan for my number 1 followed by Sean Connery. :)

What an ass
Think he regrets being such a prat? I think the post Bond spoofs and signature parties are evidence enough. I would love to see footage of his Johnny Carson appearance where he stepped on his on johnson. what a dumb ass.

Best 007
No doubt...Roger Moore is the true Agent 007.
Next...Connery
Then...Craig and Dalton-They both seem equal.
Lastly...Brosnan and Lazenby
