Movie Focus- Flaws, Good Points and Plot
I watched the movie a second time, and liked it a little better than the first time I watched it. Still, the biggest thing for me was I wasn't satisfied with how they explained, as they barely touched on, the development of Bond's feelings with Vesper, and Vesper's own.
Also, while I didn't have much of a problem with the opening scene itself, I thought the song that followed was the least, or among the least Bond movie-like songs for the opening scene. I grew up with Pierce Brosnan, but have caught up with all the others, and I enjoy them all, and Tomorrow Never Dies and For Your Eyes Only were good opening songs, and for the reboot I was okay with Casino Royale, but the rap song Another Way To Die hardly fit this movie, let alone a bond movie-- except the message you can't trust your co-worker in this movie.
But, while the action scenes were done well, in the sense they put a lot of work in to them, but I really didn't care about the action scenes except I liked Bond's flipping rope move to shoot his gun at the agent from Mr. White's Interrogation, but otherwise the only action scene I appreciated was the boat scene, and the firefights at the end, BUT---the movie was 95% action about, leaving very little to appreciate the plot, as mostly the movie is running, fighting, driving... and the entire plot summed up and literally put together by occasional semi-vague one liners in between every other action sequence. They just made it hard to get sucked in to the plot and appreciate it. I was not satisfied with how they failed to elaborate on finer story details.
Also, I hardly think of these girls as Bond girls, but good for Vesper, if they made that story stronger in QoS.
Poor story explanation, poor villain creation, no tech, poor opening song, poor bond girls... and I really thought they should have said something more about both Vesper and Mathis, from their previous film appearance.

Skyfall -- question on possible plot flaw
I have only seen Skyfall once so perhaps I missed something. Q plants a trail of clues so that the villain can find Bond and M in Scotland, right? But then they do nothing else-- leaving Bond and M and Albert Finney to fight all the bad guys by themselves. That doesn't seem like a very good "trap." Why didn't they send some back up to Scotland? (They didn't even give Bond any special weapons.) This seems like such a huge mistake, I am thinking I must have missed something. Can someone explain, please?

The gun fights
Now I love the gun fights. Favorite gun fight list: The Beginning where he captured Mr White. 2: where he shot those body guards. 3: The gun fight at the hotel. Quantum of Solace had a lot of action in it.

Bond 24 gadgets
I have some idea's for bond 24 gadgets. They could start getting cooler with the gadgets and weapons. They could make different laser guns if they were to do another outer space movie with Daniel Craig as bond. They also could make a laser shooting vehicle. Have fun with Daniel Craig last movie's. That's what I'm saying. Make a laser machine gun helicopter.

Daniel Craig's bond improvement
Daniel Craig bond has improved a lot in Skyfall when it come to his mojo and when it comes to his to his fighting and the way he do things. The one thing about his chase scenes is that his bond was always being smart about ways to get to people by using objects and vehicles. Also his bond would shoot objects in situations to get to people.

Craig's Bond and the best fight scene
I liked Craig's Bond better in this movie because he didn't get beat up so much. The best fight scene was when he fought Patrice in the building. I loved that fight scene. It was very intense and fast.

Gadgets
I want to see good technology gadgets in the 24th Bond film like I saw with Pierce Brosnan' s Bond. I wanna see Daniel Craig' s Bond improve. I would also like to see him improve when it come to kicking ass. I would like to see him be a much smarter Bond in his next films after skyfall like Pierce Brosnan's Bond.

Bad Trend (spoilers herein)
Have to get this off my chest, I haven't been able to do so because the spoilers in Skyfall are GOOD and the movie is well worth seeing...and I can't bellyache about it in any meaningful way without spoiling the spoilers. So if you haven't seen the movie, skip this.
We now have a pattern in the Daniel Craig era, in which the "James Bond must stop something bad from happening" trope has been beaten down and I don't like this. We had the same thing going on with Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace, you know? The money. Bond must stop the money from flowing back the terrorists. What happened to that? Somewhere between "we don't know" and "the terrorists got it," right?
In Skyfall, there is a phony plot and a real plot. The phony plot is identical to the plot in the first Mission Impossible movie, right? Leak the NOC list? And then the real plot is to kill M.
Not only did Bond fail to stop the real plot, but thinking back on it, it's looking like he failed to stop the phony one as well, and those agents' covers were blown...
Other than that, this was a great entry. MUCH better than Quantum. They held the camera still, so I could see what was going on...I like that part.

Quantum of Solace is good; surprised?
The Biggest question I have is HOW THE **** IS THIS A TERRIBLE BOND MOVIE!?! I love Bond all Bond movies, even the stinkers (Diamonds are forever, Moonraker, The world is not enough, Die another day), and I thought this was a pretty good one. Casino Royale did a good job at re-introducing Bond, but I thought QOS did a good job by bringing Bond back as 007. In Casino Royale we saw Bond get poisoned, lose at poker, get a gruesome torture, and quit MI6; The classic 60's Bond would never have that happen. I mean, I swear I'm on the verge of calling CR OVERRATED, and I'm already calling QOS underraated. I bet you if this came after DAD yall appreciate it. So go ahead and give me as many thumbs down as you possibly want, end the end its just an opinion.

great bond. great movie??
Dont get me wrong. its a good movie, as any bond movie is but i just found it one long action sequence. AND I LOVE ACTION! its just so strangely different. its more action then dialoge. sometimes, and this will sound sad, i will watch a bond scene and later i will go between the lines and go all emotions about it. all i got from this movie was, as M said, blind inconsoulable rage. i quite like near the end where bond spares domanics life to save camille. it gave me the feel that it wasnt all about his personal revenge streak. it is the only humanity you see in bond for about 96% of the movie. its a good bond movie, just a different one. i still recomend those who havnt seen it but here is two points:
1) watch casino royale first or it will mean nil to you 2) be ready for violance

More Asian action with Money Penny
maybe this time Money Penny should join Bond on the field. And i hope Bond should stop acting like a rogue assassin on his personal vendetta. I want more of Asian action this time maybe in Thailand or the Philippines blowing up malls and ancient cities.

My review.
Casino royale, one of the best bonds of all time.
I mean it has everything. Four action sequences (the one in the men bathroom, the parkour chase in madigascar, the airport chase in miami and the sinking building in Viena.) a beutiful bond girl, played wonderfully by Eva Green, A cruel, cunning villian, played by Mads Mikkelsen, and a very chilling torture scene.
Casino royale is the first Bond film to star Daniel Craig as James Bond 007 and he is probably the best actor to play him scince Roger Moore. he brings something to the screen that the others didnt. Most say he was more Ian Flemmings perspective of bond than anyone else. The movie is Directed brilliantly by Martin Campbell. he gives it plenty of emotion as well as action.
Casino royale was meant to be a re-boot of the seires, many say this because the preveous bond movie, Die another day staring pierce brosnan, was terrable. I myself dont find it as bad as all that. But whatever reason they chose to make it, im glad they did decide to make it. I watched this as an early fan, and it shocked me a lot as i had only watched for your eyes only before this. and i can happily say i rate this 10/10 possibly one of my favourites of the bond franchise :)

Bond 23 and Counting
I hope for Halo jumping, cars and of course the newest in cell phone or ipad stuff. I vote for a female with a good gadget watch and a pair of inserts to shoes that make you taller. How about a magical expanding handbag that changes color and style and a quick change scene where the clothing gets changed rapidly to avoid detection. Like and inside out coat with a tear of skirt or zip off pants. What about a decent fireplace scene or meal? They never show food. Obviously not eating, but how about a great food scene?

Worst Bond Movie?
It's not that it breaks all the rules, the problem is that it breaks rules that are good rules, rules that should not be broken. Even worse than that though, is you don't get any creative benefits as a result of the rule-breaking. Gunbarrel sequence at the end instead of the beginning, for example. Adds nothing.
We were watching it again last night and, okay, now I understand how he managed to find Yusef. Dominic Greene told him all about it in the car ride out to the middle of the desert. The Yusef scene still has a tacked-on-to-the-end feel to it. And the money. Second half of Casino Royale was all about the money...where is it, who gets it, how's Bond going to get it back. QoS doesn't even mention the money.
The action scenes are a fail. I fear they might be filed away as something else, since it's clear they were photographed that way to make trailers. Good for trailers. Bad for movie. The villains are a fail. They're just not menacing. The evil plot is a fail. Water monopoly -- pfeh.
Worst of all, though, this isn't really a Bond movie. I have the other 21, plus Never Say Never. I waited a full two years before adding this to the collection. It just doesn't fit in.

Hopes
I reckon Jason Isaacs would make a brilliant bond villian. Maybe even Bond, but lets just go for the more achievable henchman role. Any future movies not just this one

Bond 23 Title (PLACE YOUR BETS!)
With Production to begin in about 4 1/2 months, which remaning Fleming title do you think will grace the name of "BOND 23"? In your honest gut feeling which do you wish to see named? The last remaning titles from Fleming are as read...The Property Of A Lady...007 In New York...Risico...The Hilebrand Rareity. Fellow LTK members shine in your choice. This should be our monthly poll for Aug!
But WAIT...Could the title be from another author like say Benson (TND, TWINE, DAD) or Gardner (LTK, GE)?
