006 - Thunderball
The 2nd paragraph states:
"We only ever see all of the 00s on screen together during the "Great 00 Meeting" in the movie Thunderball. 003 appears to be a female, but none of their faces are discernible."
This is not true, as we get a short glimpse of 006 during the briefing. Here is the link:

Unlikely...
Since all 00's are ex-special forces operatives (SAS or SBS), that makes a female 00 agent a contradiction in terms. I guess they have references to it in the films to keep things PC, but its an inconsistent inclusion.
