Explosive Charge Watch: (featured in Moonraker 1979)
Bond uses this watch to blow up a gate when he and Goodhead are trapped by Drax in the exhaust vent underneath the Moonraker.

Watch Light: (featured in The World is not Enough 1999)
This one might be a stretch, seeing as how my cell phone puts off about as much light as Bond's watch. Bond uses this when he and Elektra are in his snow bubble coat, trapped under an avalanche.

Grappling Hook Watch: (featured in The World is not Enough 1999)
Bond uses this grappling hook concealed within his watch to help him escape the mine where Renard is trying to steal a nuclear missile.

Red Grant's Fiberwire Watch: (featured in From Russia With Love 1963)
Not a gadget that Bond uses, it was used by the villain Red Grant to strangle his enemies. In the book the watch is a Rolex, in the movie it is unknown. The watch once again appears in On Her Majesty's Secret Service when Bond (George Lazenby) removes the watch from his desk along with other treasures from previous missions (Honey Rider's knife, Red Grant's Watch, Largo's Scuba Mask)

Isn't the grappling-hook watch from "Goldeneye," when Bond uses it to crash through the window at the St. Petersburg Intelligence facility?
