Back in 1991, Timothy Dalton was suppose to return for a 3rd time as Agent 007. But due to legal issues, it never happened. Then in 1994 Dalton steped down as Bond. A few months later, Peirce Brosnan was named the new 007 and stared in Goldenye one year later. Dalton only appeared in two movies. Here is the story for what could have been the real BOND 17.
