As was the case for Casino Royale in 2006, the brand new issue of UK movie magazine Empire is all about Bond, James Bond. The October 2008 issue of the magazine features ‘unbeatable access’ into Quantum of Solace, the 22nd 007 adventure, which Empire calls ‘the bloodiest Bond ever’.

CommanderBond.net Forum member ‘bond 16.05.72’ informs us that this ‘Quantum’ issue includes details on the different endings devised by screenwriter Paul Haggis and director Marc Forster, interviews with Mathieu Amalric and Olga Kurylenko, Daniel Craig discussing the Bond/Bourne comparisons, a photo spread and much more.

While not yet listed on Empire’s official website, Bond fans can get a sneak peak of the cover artwork here. CBn will continue to keep you updated with all the latest Quantum of Solace coverage and news first—just keep your eyes on the main page.

I agree with Green-Arrow. Licence To Kill is the bloodiest of all so far and I think it will be tough to beat, but Licence To Kill was almost the last 007. If they make Quantom of Solace like Licence To Kill, the 007 series could have a big problem.

They'll have a job topping Licence To Kill. Multiple shark attacks, exploding heads, henchmen minced in heavy machinery / impaled on forklifts / devoured by maggots. Splatteriest Bond ever.

Don't know which film had the most actual on-screen kills, but I'd bet on A View To A Kill. Walken whacked *everybody* in that one.
