| James Coburn starred as Derek Flint in this parody of the James Bond series produced by Saul David for 20th Century Fox. Played for laughs, the "Flint" series featured a spy organization named ZOWIE that would intercede whenever nefarious plots threatened the United States. Veteran actor Lee J. Cobb co-starred as the head of ZOWIE. A scene from "Flint" appears in the Austin Powers movie "The Spy Who Shagged Me," and the distinctive telephone ring from the President is used in the first "Austin Powers" film. | | ||
