How he is dispatched: Bond and stamperStamper fight it out on the rocket launcher but stampers just to strong to be beaten in had to hand combet bondpad. Bond stabs himhim, but he just grins so bond pulls down the missle and traps his foot under the rocket and when it fires it barbecues him (and destroys Carver's ship, too)too).
