I believe scaramanga is one of the best villains because he has a master plan, a cool secret lair, his own personalized weapon, and a distinctive third nipple, but most of all somebody worthy of 007(that isnt a henchmen)

"Except...it was classic and one of the best Bonds to some people." Very true. I reckon TMWTGG had it's moments... Scaramanga's lair was cool and I quite like the car chase.
