Scaramanga's Yacht
(featured in The Man with the Golden Gun)
This yacht, owned by Scaramanga, contains every luxury of his private island. Scaramanga's Chinese Junk (a style of ship) is generally docked at his private island, but has made trips to Phuket, Bangkok, and Hong Kong. At the end of the film, Bond and Goodnight escape from Scaramanga's exploding island on his yacht. Unknown to them, Nick Nack stows-away, and attempts to kill Bond as he beds down with Goodnight. Nick Nack is captured by Bond in a suitcase, and then tied to the mast of the yacht. This is one of the most memorable closing scenes from all of the Bond films.
A very funny film comes to mind when you see the word Junk (this boat is actually a Chinese Junk). In the film a soldier asks why do they call it a junk. Another soldier replies: "well, what else would you call it?"
