Who is he: RenardRenard, who's birth name is Victor Zokas, is an ex-KGB terrorist who was shot by a double-o agent in the head. The bullet didn't kill him, but rather is traveling through his brain, killing off his senses. Consequently, Renard is unable to feel any pain. He falls in love with Elektra King and is determined to make sure that her pipeline is the only one capable of carrying oil from the east to the west.
