Who is he:
- Draco is the head of the largest crime syndicate in Europe, Union Corse based out of Corsica. However, unlike organizations such as SPECTRE, Union Corse runs a number of legitimate businesses in areas such as agriculture and construction. While hiding in the mountains, Draco met his English wife and had one child, Tracy, who Bond later marries.
How he met Bond:
- After sending his men to stop Tracy's suicide attempt at the beach, Draco is amazed by how Bond was willing to best his men to save Tracy's life. He decides to meet with Bond and offer him a dowry of one million pounds to marry his daughter and look after her.
How he helps Bond save the day:
- Draco provides the helicopters, explosives, weapons and man power for Bond's assault on Blofeld's base in Piz Gloria to rescue Tracy.
Best Line:
- "On the day you marry her, I will give you a personal dowry of one million pounds. In gold."
