Episode 5 "The Heist" Season 1
After a criminal mastermind steals 60 million Dollars in diamonds and hide it in his personal casino, Macgyver must steal it back. When he dresses up in a black tuxedo, with a Bond Theme look-a-like in the background, his associate says "You look like James Bond." and MacGyver answears "I feel like...James Bond" with a Sean Connery voice.

Later in the same episode at the poker table, a pretty lady comes and introduces herself: "My name is Tiffany, Mr....." and he answears: "Bond, James Bond.".
