Who he is:

Evil Scheme:

  • Plans to invest Obanno's and Quantum's money in an airline stock and short the stock by destroying the company's new airliner, for personal gains.
  • He later attempts to win the money he lost on his previous investment during the Casino Royale poker tournament.


Attempted Methods of Killing Bond:

  • Tortures Bond (whips his testicles with a knotted rope) in hopes of retrieving information and access to the money that Bond won by beating him in the high stakes Casino Royale Texas Hold Em' tournament .

How Plans are Foiled:

  • Bond finds out about this plan to destroy the Skyfleet prototype and ruins it.
  • Bond is sent to the Casino Royale Texas Hold'em tournament to ensure that Le Chiffre loses and is forced to turn to MI6 for protection in exchange for information. Bond wins the tournament, ruining Le Chiffre's hopes to retrieve the money.

How he is dispatched:

  • He is shot in the head by Mr. White on behalf of his organization (SPECTRE most likely).

Defining Dialogue:

  • "Weeping blood comes merely from a derangement of the tear duct, my dear General. Nothing sinister. "
  • "You changed your shirt Mr. Bond, I hope our little game is not causing you to perspire."
