Evil scheme:
- He is technical brain behind the handling of the atomic bombs stolen. Later he his given control of the device to arm the bombs and does so under largo's instruction.
How he is dispatched:
- Kutze can't swim but Bond forces him off a boat that is about to blow up. We don't know if Kutze dies or lives after this, he is never seen again though.
How he helps save the day:
- (Yep he actually helps saves the day!) It is obvious that Kutze cares about Domino Derval's well-being and after seeing Largo tortured her, Kutze changes sides. He then disarms the atomic bombs.

I like to think he survives and tells the authorities where SPECTRE is. That way, he can be really killed by Blofeld or something.
