Who she is:
- This stunning Japanese Secret Service agent "marries" Bond in a mock wedding ceremony and joins him in the search for Blofeld's secret rocket base. Kissy is an agent working for the head of the Japanese secret service. Bond, going undercover as a Japanese fisherman (yes, you read that correctly), marries Kissy in an arranged ceremony in order to better establish his cover.
