How she and Bond meet:
  • Felix Leiter meets Bond in Miami, and tells him "M" wants him to look into Auric Goldfinger. Goldfinger is amusing himself by fleecing a Mr. Simmonds in gin rummy. Investigating, Bond stumbles on an elaborate ruse where Jill Masterson spies on Goldfinger's opponent's cards from his suite's balcony and radios the information into Goldfinger's "hearing aid."

  • Doesn't, really. After Bond steals her away, she is killed by Goldfinger and Oddjob (quite famously) painting her gold from head to toe and allowing her to die of "skin suffocation."
