You've been practicing the line for years, ever since the first time you heard it, ''Bond, James Bond.'' Now, instead of just pretending, you really can be the world's greatest spy in JAMES BOND 007: The Duel. A crazy professor is planning to take over the world, using a remote Caribbean island as his operations center. Your mission is to infiltrate the island and foil the mad professor's plans, with the help of some of Q's newest gadgets, of course. In addition to wiping out the madman and his minions, you've also got to save the hostages that are being held captive on the island. While this mission is for your eyes only in her Majesty's secret service, you've got a license to kill. You have your trusty Walther PPK and you must go through a few levels with a villian at the end of every level. Such as in the first level, at the end you get to fight Jaws. To put it simply this game is basically a side-scrolling shoot-em-up. You can find women who will give you an extra life, and many other things. You've watched him on screen and read about his adventures in books. Now you can play as one of the most famous secret agents of all time, 007, otherwise known as James Bond. A madman is planning to take over the world using a remote island as a base of operations. Your job is to go in and stop him. Armed with several innovative gadgets from Q, you'll have to sneak, shoot and blow your way past all people getting in your way, because no-one yet has ever been able to get the better of...
