Refraction Laser Satellite (featured in Diamonds are Forever)

Blofeld smuggles diamonds out of South Africa to use in this Laser satellite, capable of destroying targets on the earth with pin-point accuracy. Blofeld claims to be able to destroy Washington, DC with the satellite, but (you guessed it) Bond shows up. Currently, NASA is working on one of these to be used against missiles fired in space.

Toxic Globe Launching Space Station: (featured in Moonraker)

This is the culmination of Drax's plan to eradicate human life on earth. The space station is capable of launching globes filled with a toxic gas derived from Amazonian black orchids, capable of killing humanity. The station also acts as the docking port for Drax's Moonraker fleet and as the home of his "super-race" of human until the gas has dissipated and they can return to earth and recolonize. The space station is equipped with a laser for defense.

Solex Agitator Laser: (featured in The Man with the Golden Gun)

The Solex Agitator Laser, while not truly a doomsday device, was developed by Scaramanga to harness the solar energy from the sun and focus it into a laser beam. Scaramanga planned to sell this technology to the highest bidder. The weapon is significant because the laser beam is invisible, making the source untracable. Since the laser is based on solar energy, it's power source is unlimited, giving the owner complete financial freedom once the weapon is developed. Not mentioned in Fleming's novel.

Virus Omega: (featured in On Her Majesty's Secret Service)

Virus Omega is a biological agent capabe of causing infertility in the world's plants and animal species (including humans). Developed at Blofeld's "allergy clinic" in Piz Gloria, Switzerland, Virus Omega was supposed to be distributed to the world population by ten beautiful, brainwashed clinic patients, Blofeld's "Angels of Death." The clinic at Piz Gloria is destroyed by Bond and Draco's men, foiling Blofeld's plan at blackmailing the world.

Goldeneye Satellite (featured in GoldenEye)

Alec Trevelyan took control of this top secret Russian EMP first strike weapon system satellite, capable of emitting targeted electromagnetic pulses capable of destroying any machinery with an electronic signal.

Icarus Satellite (featured in Die Another Day)

The Icarus satelite is Gustav Graves laser heat signature beam of destruction which he plans to slice up the DMZ to help the North Korean invasion of South Korea.
