It is fair to say that Bob Simmons (stunt man) is the first person to appear on the big screen as James Bond, as he is the person in the opening gun barrel sequence in the first 'Bond' film 'Dr. No' 1962. (Also him in 'From Russia With Love' and 'Goldfinger'. So, quiz question setters, beware! (Colin Webber)
