Attempted methods of killing Bond: Never really makes an attempt, although he does blow out the side of the building Bond is being held hostage in.

How he is dispatched: He is impaled on a fork-lift (!!), when Bond makes the paranoid Sanchez suspicious of his lieutenant.


Evil scheme: Heller is Sanchez's military enforcer in Isthmus. He provides weapons and hardware for Sanchez's schemes, primarily for his drug-running pipeline. It is Heller who makes the deal with Pam Bouvier for stinger missiles.


How plans were foiled: Bond infiltrated Sanchez's operation, and began working from within to destroy it.
