Who he is:
- Security chief at Blofeld's Piz Gloria allergy clinic. He stops Bond's contact Campell from reaching the Piz Gloria. He is also tasked with making sure that Bond does not wander around the clinic.
Attempted methods of killing Bond:
- Aside from chasing him down an alpine slope in Switzerland, Grunther never really tries to kill bond.
How he is dispatched:
- Tracy pulls him through a wall decoration. His head gets stuck in one of the spiked decorative circles and he dies falling down the steps.
