At the climax of the movie during the tanker chase Sanchez opens the trunk of his car and pulls out the stinger missiles and then teases Truman Lodge by saying "Don't worry its only money."

Truman Lodge: "Brilliant! Well done, Franz! Another 80 million dollar write-off!"
Sanchez: "I guess it's time to start cutting overhead." (Then he shoots Truman-Lodge)
