  • When Zorin's prized airship blows up, Scarpine and Mortner die in the explosion.

Evil scheme:
  • Helping Zorin win at racehorses by injecting steroids into the horses.
  • Injecting pregnant women in concentration camps with steroids to make gifted babies. Max Zorin and his lover May Day are two of his success stories. Zorin turned out to be a genius, May Day ultra-strong, but both were psychotic killers.
