Appears in: Quantum of Solace
Actor: Mathieu Amalric
Attempted methods of killing Bond: Killing him with an axe and gun, sending Mitchel after Bond
How he is dispatched: Near the end of Quantum of Solace, Bond has severely injured Greene by chopping his foot with an axe. Greene attempts to 'escape' by limping across the Bolivian desert (please!). Bond cuts Greene off, but instead of killing Greene, Bond gives Greene an Oil Can and states "You'll probably need to drink this after the first 20 miles."
It is stated later in the film that Greene's body was found dead in the desert: A stomach full of Oil, and two bullets in the back of his head.
Evil scheme: Restore dictator General Medrano, to secure a large piece of land in Latin America that is needed for Quantum's plans. They plan to acquire 60% of Bolivia and suck up all of its water - NOT oil, as once persemed by many.
How plans were foiled: Bond destroys Greene's Bolivian HQ and indirectly leaves Greene to die.
Henchman: Elvis, Mr. Slate, Mitchel
Defining dialogue:
Be careful of this one, Mr Bond. She will not go to bed with you unless you give her something she really wants... but you make a fine couple - you are both, what is the expression? Damaged goods.
