In the latest issue of DVD & Blu-Ray Review magazine, Daniel Craig was asked to comment on Matt Damon's latest rant against the James Bond franchise.

Craig was not prepared to directly respond to Matt Damon's description of Bond as ''an imperialist and a misogynist who kills people and sips martini's and wisecracks about it''

"I'm not going to get into an argument with a supposed quote,'' splutters Craig '' They are trying to find the bad guys, full stop. How they do it is the difference. I'm certainly not going to get into a pi**ing competition with the Bourne franchise.''

He also declines to speculate on which fictional character would win out were Bond, Bourne and Batman to miraculously have a scrap... ''Bond would get the other two to punch the shit out of each other while he bets on both and has a martini.", he joked.
