Carry on Spying (1964) is the ninth film in the famouse british comedy series. The film spoofs the first two Bond films and other film-noirs like "The Third Man". Albert Broccoli threatened to take legal actions, when he found out that one of the characters were called James Bind agent 006 and half. Producer Peter Rogers therefore changed that to Charlie Bind agent 00-OOH. This was the last 'Carry on' film shot in black-and-white.
A top secret chemical fromula has been stolen by S.T.E.N.C.H. (Society for the Total Extintion of Non-Conforming Humans). Becouse the better agents of MI6 are all one assignement, the Chief relucantly sends the bumbling agent Desmond Simkins and three traines, Harold Crump, Daphne Honeybutt and Charlie Bind, to find the fromula. They first go to Vienna, where they find Milchmann, who stole the formula disguised as a milkman, and his employer, the Fat Man. The trail soon leads to Algiers and eventualy to Dr. Crow, the head of S.T.E.N.C.H.
