Who He Is: Carlos is a freelance terriost much like Mollaka. He was hired by Alex Dimitrios, working for Le Chiffre. His mission is to destroy a new Sky Fleet Airplane, which in turn would increase Le Chiffre’s stock. He is Mollaka's replacement.
Attempted methods of killing Bond: Shooting him, kicking him off the truck, leaving him in the truck while the bomb goes off.
How he is dispatched: Bond places a bomb on him, which explodes and kills him
Evil scheme: To help Alex Dimitrios and Le Chiffre carry out their plans.
How plans were foiled: Bond manages to place the bomb on his belt
clip.
Defining dialogue: Though Carlos does not speak, he does say two words when Bond calls him -
"Hello, hello?"
