This theory is as old as some of the movies itself. For example I seen this idea on Cartoon Network as a child where in one of the Powerpuff girls episodes the villain was a persian feline who manipulated a host through touch (whenever he/she petted him-which added up is a clear reference to Bond movies) and also the host was the "dummy" while the cat played...a cute kitty :]
It is a fun theory but it cant or shouldent be real. And if it is true then it should never ever be revealed to the world. And I will only undoubtly believe this if I see the head of Quantum with a persian cat sitting on a chair while petting it. I must say that there is much trouth to the words put in this opinin and it is not dumb at all...actually it is interesting but nevertheless it should not reach daylight cause it would make the whole Bond history plain silly - send it to thrash in one blow. And even more silly would be HOW would they explain the strange telepathic cat:
-a mutant or alien?
-an escaper from a military lab where they experimented on him genetically?
-a brain of a (supposedly) long dead megalomaniac?
as you see this would be pathetic. It is a cool theory but it is only good while it remains a speculation..
