CHAPTER ONE - THE SWISS BANKER

It was a very, very cold night in the city of Vladivostok. There, perched on a small hill with a long driveway, is a house-like bank. It was a very small bank, and very few people come in to the building to make deposits, withdrawls, and that sort of items. Except for one man.
This man's name is Quid Fransen. He was tall, thin, and had sunglasses on.
