Let me pose this question....".What would the world of Bond be like IF they would have done the movies in the order of the books?"
Personally, I wish that would've happend. As a reader first,the timeline has always been important to me as the stream of 007's life in and out of the "FIRM" . The changes he goes thru - from youth to middle age and how they reflect in his attidute toward his missions,women,health etc. What do you guys think??? ..........................................................C. |

We all remember the scene with M in Dr. No where Bond is asked to hand over his weapon so it can be replaced by the more realiable Walther PPK. But Dr. No presumably started after Bond's Casino Royale mission. So wouldn't he be carrying the Berreta .25 ACP instead of a Walther?
